Ability to email some/all guests
I would like the ability to email some or all my guests. I want the ability to send emails to update guests on parking, weather, or whatever I need to at the last minute in case they are not checking the website.
I also want to be able to email select guests only (e.g.- those who have RSVP'd "yes", those RSVP'd "no", those who did not respond with their addresses, etc. I should be able to select names and email them through the website.
What's the point of having a place for emails in the guest manager if we cannot use them easily to contact guests?
When you visit your Wedding Website dashboard you can use the “Email Link” section to email any/all of your guests through our system.

From your dashboard page, click "Wedding Website" on the left pane. You will then see a box that is labeled "Website URL." Under this heading, click an icon that says "Email Link." This opens a page with a draft email where you can type guest email addresses or import them from your guest list (you would have already entered them previously). Although the top of the page and the email subject line says "Share Your Wedding Website," you can change the subject line and message to customize the email to be an update email instead of merely a shared link. The email that is sent to your guests begins with your picture and names, wedding date, and then your message in italics. You can choose to include a link to registry with your message. It is really cute!
I'm afraid I can't see a way to only email the guests who are attending the event. This is critical in order to provide them with updates and not bother those who are not coming. As expressed in the original suggestion, otherwise what's the point of having guests provide their emails (aside from enabling them to be collected by The Knot)?
I do not wish The Knot to send emails to my guests. How do I stop this?
Hello- I am not able to locate the "email link" section to email all of the people who have RSVP'd yes to my wedding this weekend. Any assistance would be much appreciated!
Hi all. I figured this out. It took awhile. When you are on The Knot page, go to the left hand margin that says, "Your Website", thats the URL that you have sent everyone. In that section is the "email link" click on that. Then you can go to the button that says add contact. Its really simple once you can find it. Good luck everyone!

I see that the guest list manager has been updated, before I was able to send a message to my guests, but now it seems there is no way for me to message my guests? Do we have the ability to do that from the site, or do we have to export the list and do it manually via email?
I totally agree - you should be able to communicate with your guests on the site.

A tip for the original poster - I simply exported my guest list, then copied/pasted the Email column into my "To" window of the email. It worked like a charm!
