I can’t edit/access my wedding website

If you are logged in or trying to log in to your account on The Knot and are being kicked back to the start screen or if your dashboard is blank on the right side, please follow the steps below:

  1. Clear your cache and cookies, then try to log in again.
  2. Make sure that you are using the most recent version of your web browser - get updated versions here! We recommend using the current version of Firefox or Chrome when editing your website.
  3. Reset your password: visit your Account Settings page to enter a new password and Save Changes. Try to log in again with your new password. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well as your inbox for the reset password email.
  4. Make sure that all pop up blockers are disabled when editing your site.
